Swiftly Income Disclosure Statement
This Income Disclosure Statement (the “IDS”) describes typical earnings for affiliates who participate in the Swiftly affiliate program. The Swiftly comp plan pays direct sales commissions and matrix bonuses on package activations made by affiliates and their downline. Use the compensation calculator to see hypothetical earnings projections under different inputs.
Income data will be published once Swiftly has been operating for 12 months. Until then, no representative income claims can be made.
Swiftly is a new program. Because no affiliate has yet been participating long enough to produce a representative earnings record, no affiliate has yet achieved any meaningful long-term earnings. Anyone who quotes a specific dollar figure as “typical” or “average” Swiftly affiliate earnings is making an unsupported claim. The figures produced by the compensation calculator are hypothetical projections only and are not predictions of what you will earn.
What this page will contain when populated
- Earnings distribution table — what percentage of active affiliates earned $0, $1–$500, $501–$2,500, $2,501–$10,000, and $10,001+ over the trailing 12 months.
- Average and median earnings (both, not just average).
- Percentage of affiliates who earned anything at all in the last month, quarter, and year.
- Average time invested by affiliates to achieve those earnings.
- Average affiliate expenses (subscription costs, ads, training, travel) so net earnings can be calculated.
- Methodology — how the data is collected, the time window covered, and any exclusions.
Why we publish this
The U.S. Federal Trade Commission and most state regulators require multi-level marketing programs that promote earnings to disclose typical affiliate earnings prominently. The 2024 FTC MLM Business Guidance explicitly states that “results not typical” or “results are not guaranteed” language alone is not enough. This IDS is updated annually after Swiftly's program has accrued enough operating data to produce a representative report, and is reviewed by qualified compliance counsel before each publication.
For binding terms governing your participation, see the Swiftly Affiliate Agreement. For projected earnings under hypothetical inputs, see the compensation calculator — and read the disclaimers on that page in full before relying on any number it produces.
